The process to apply online for Railway Technician Vacancy 2024 of Railway Recruitment Board has been started from Saturday, March 9, 2024. The last date to fill the form is 8th April 2024 (till 11:59 pm). After this you will be given a chance to correct the mistakes in the RRB Technician Application Form. Application fee for RRB Technician Vacancy 2024
The application fee for candidates belonging to SC, ST, Women, Transgender or EWS is Rs 250. Whereas for all other candidates the application fee is Rs 500. Age Limit
The candidates have to be age of 18-36 years for the Technician Grade 1 post, and between 18-33 years for the Technician Grade 3 post.
RRB Technician Salary for RRB Technician Vacancy 2024
Those who get the job of technician in Railways will get their salary under the 7th Pay Commission. Apart from basic salary, benefits of other allowances will also be given. Post wise Railway Technician salary details are as follows-
- Technician Grade 1: Level- 5: Rs 29,200
- Technician Grade 3: Level-2: Rs 19,900
Matriculation/SSLC plus ITI from recognized institutions of NCVT/SCVT in the trade of Forger and Heat Treater, Foundryman, Pattern Maker, or Moulder (Refractory), or. Matriculation/SSLC plus completion of a Course Apprenticeship in related trades.
