This transformation is evolving our business, strategy, core operations and IT solutions. As critical driver of this transformation, GGH’s IT organization is:
- Implementing a new cloud-based applications architecture and transforming ERP platforms to SAP S4 and aligning with SAP’s Go-to-Market strategies/latest offerings. Our Greenfield SAP S4 journey is currently in progress.
- Transforming business processes to be best in class in the industry by leveraging technologies like process mining capabilities

- Transforming and automating IT delivery model and processes by scaling up the agile and nimble ways of working to deliver IT projects, enhancements, and application support scope of works

- Transforming data management capability connected to new analytics platforms
We are seeking a skilled and experienced RPA Developer who will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Power Automate Desktop-based solutions to automate business processes. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to identify areas for automation, design efficient solutions, and develop and test bots using Power Automate Desktop.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify areas for automation and prioritize process improvements.
- Design and develop Power Automate Desktop-based solutions that automate business processes.
- Create bots that interact with different systems, such as web applications and desktop applications.
- Implement and configure bots for optimal performance and efficiency.
- Test and troubleshoot bots to ensure they are functioning properly.
- Monitor and maintain bots to ensure they continue to operate effectively.
- Document development processes and provide user training and support.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging RPA trends and technologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in RPA development using Power Automate Desktop.
- Proficiency in designing and developing bots using Power Automate Desktop.
- Experience in programming languages such as C#
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs, web services, and SQL.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Nice to have:
- Experience with Power Virtual Agents (PVA).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Power Automate Desktop.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
Work Timing & Location
- Office – Pimple Saudagar, Awfis, 3rd Floor, GK Mall, Above Pantaloon.
- Current Flexible office presence policy – 4 days/week , 1 day WFH
- Typical Working Hours – 10.30/12:30 to 7.30/9:30 pm IST. Operational on call availability subject to incidents/priorities.
- Travel – subject to key projects, usually less than 2 weeks
