- Responsible for smooth operations of Front Office, House Keeping, Reservations, Revenue, Sales, Gym, Spa and Security Operations of the hotel.
- Making sure room revenues are in place with contracting with the Local Travel Agents, OTA's, Destination Management Companies and Corporates.
- Maintaining relationships with all the e-channels for new promotions, offers and increasing the market share.
- Making sure the brand standards are followed with optimum guest satisfaction.
- Making sure rooms profitability is in place by pushing higher ADR's, controlling waste management in Housekeeping and upselling guests with potential opportunity.
