Job Description:

As a Retail Store Manager at adidas, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and performance of our Retail Store. Your primary objective will be to drive sales, uphold brand standards, and provide exceptional customer service while leading a team of retail associates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Leadership:
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize store profitability.
• Analyze sales reports and trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Train and motivate staff to deliver excellent sales performance and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to maintain adequate stock levels.
• Team Management:
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of retail associates.
• Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback to foster individual and team growth.
• Create a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and employee engagement.
• Delegate tasks effectively and ensure smooth communication and coordination among team members.
• Customer Experience:
• Champion the adidas brand and ensure that all customers receive a premium shopping experience.
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Implement initiatives to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction, such as loyalty programs and personalized service offerings.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation.
• Operational Excellence:
• Oversee store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash management, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure that the store layout and displays effectively showcase adidas products.
• Implement measures to optimize operational efficiency and minimize costs, such as staffing schedules and inventory management protocols.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized store environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in retail management, preferably in the sportswear or fashion industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business results.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail management software.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
