Job Description
- Sales - Developing business tie up with Small and Micro Enterprises for electricity connection.
- Must possess deep understanding of power consumption pattern of micro enterprises. Ensure plants productivity meets customer’s requirement following company sales process.
- Conducting detailed inspection of the site, understanding the requirement of the customer and preparing inspection report.
- Generating leads through networking, reference, existing customer database and cold calling.
- Liaison with Operations team for customer connection, customer service to ensure customer
- satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Work closely with support functions, and deliver quality and revenue reporting.
- Travel: Live in a surrounding tier 2-3 town and undertake extensive travel across plants.
Qualifications
- You have a strong sales background with understanding of the renewable/HMG sector, micro enterprises’ electricity requirement with minimum educational qualification of Master Degree in Sales and Marketing.
- You have 6+ years of experience (FMCG, Insurance, and Telecom industries preferred)
- You have 3+ years of experience managing a team of 10+ people
- You have a track record of resilience and leadership in periods of uncertainty and volatility
- You have a learning mindset, and are keen to deliver hands-on solutions in the field
- You build great relationships and are a strong verbal communicator (Hindi and English).
