• Should have complete knowledge of the category being handled
• Ensure he/she always greets, treats and attends all customer with lot of respect as per our Pai culture.
• Should know our offers and details of reward points etc
• Should have very good knowledge about all the Finance Options, Cashbacks etc for all product categories .
