Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction through effective staff training and supervision.
- Implement and enforce hygiene and safety standards to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Monitor financial performance and budget adherence, striving to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Foster a positive work culture and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or relevant field.
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a similar setting.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with local food safety regulations.
