Restaurant Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Manager at a high end stand alone restaurant in Kanpur. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing the staff, hiring new employees, and maintaining effective communication. The Restaurant Manager will also be responsible for overseeing the food and beverage operations.

Qualifications

• Customer satisfaction and customer service skills
• Experience in hiring and managing a staff
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of food and beverage operations
• Strong leadership abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Experience in the Restaurant industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)
