JOB PURPOSE Why does this role exist in the organization
This role is responsible for assisting the Clinical Head in providing health cover to the residents by ensuring that both preventive procedure and emergency requirements are taken care of.

To assist the Clinical head in overall planning and delivery of health & wellness services to our residents.

Assist the Clinical Head in running Antaras residents health program
- Meet residents, understand and prepare brief of residents health background.
- Facilitate Preventative Health Checkup Program for residents.
- Health profiling of residents, providing pro-active and re-active support
- Implement customized wellness programs
- Conduct follow ups on health & wellness recommendations
- Handle emergencies, implement response plan and routine health support
- Conduct home visits to assess ADLs of residents, assist in carer advise and liaise with such services.

Assist the Clinical Head in running the Clinic
- Efficiently run the operations of outpatient clinic and lifecare suites
- Assist in attending to emergencies and in absence of Clinical Head provide emergency cover
- Overview each Residents care plan and follow ups.
- Check daily investigation reports and plan follow up.
- Monitor falls in the community and assist in interventions.

- Assist the Clinical Head in administrative responsibility of space and team members.
- Train the paramedic on the routine medical procedures.

Assist Clinical Head in creating the network and support framework with our Health partners Max Healthcare.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Qualification:
MBBS with 2yr+ experience working in an Allopathy set up
Experience:
2 years. Persons from defence background will be preferred. Emergency experience minimum 6 months
Functional Skills:
- Emergency handling skills
- Experience in Geriatric care preferred.
- Should have excellent communication skills.
