1) Build & Certify capabilities (Functional & People) in Digital stores.
2) Cadre building programs - DMIT, SIIT and TL2DM in (Cluster).
3) Training plan for all required training interventions.
4) Training delivery of people managers and behavioral programs.
5) Monthly specific training needs - Identification & accordingly training delivery.
6) Oversee all dimensions of L&D across digital stores and D&L in the cluster.
7) Managing stakeholders L&D expectations across all internal in the cluster.
