Release Manager

What you’ll do:

• Lead the Go-Live activities to deploy the software successfully to production.
• Coordinate, manage, and document release-related activities, including testing and deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify release dependencies and ensure alignment.
• Document and communicate the Release in to change control process.
• Work with TPM to ensuring the timely QA and DEV signoff for each release and communicating to DEVOPS ,INFRA and DBA and SITEOPS.
• Develop and maintain a release management strategy, policies, and procedures.
• Measuring, monitoring, and communicating the progress of releases to SLT members after every release deployment.
• Be part of post-release reviews along with TPM and analysis to identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain a repository of release documentation and artifacts.
• Plan, schedule, and manage software releases and communicate to all stakeholders.
• Manage the Organization level Release communication.

Requirements 

• At least 4 years of experience as a Release Manager 
• Should have an overall experience of 10 year or more.
• Experience in ecommerce domain or similar is preferred.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and work under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills that allow successful interaction with all areas of the organization.
• Solid interpersonal skills with the demonstrated ability to develop and maintain productive relationships.
• Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and commitment to quality.
• Flexibility and sensitivity to detail and deadlines in a multitasking environment.
• Demonstrates initiative (e.g., in starting tasks, asking questions, identifying and discussing problems, ability to structure own work, stay on task).
• High level of enthusiasm and energy; professional demeanor
• Demonstrates a "can-do" spirit, a sense of optimism, ownership, and commitment.

Education & experience 

• Master / Bachelor in computer science / software engineering / related field with at least and overall experience of 10 years or more.
