Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Qualification: MBA

Location: Dehradun and Lucknow

Reporting To: Zonal Business Manager

Experience : 5 years

Broad Spectrum of Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Acquire small businesses in the targeted regions and locations as per identified categories
  • Facilitate Input Market Linkage for the small businesses
  • Facilitate Output Market Linkage for the small businesses
  • Identify new opportunities for Small Businesses
  • Facilitate financial services products for small businesses
  • Maintain strong connections and network with stakeholders in assigned categories
  • Managing and mentoring a team providing guidance and coaching to ensure their success
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams including marketing, product management, and customer service, to drive sales
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
