Broad Spectrum of Duties & Responsibilities:
- Acquire small businesses in the targeted regions and locations as per identified categories
- Facilitate Input Market Linkage for the small businesses
- Facilitate Output Market Linkage for the small businesses
- Identify new opportunities for Small Businesses
- Facilitate financial services products for small businesses
- Maintain strong connections and network with stakeholders in assigned categories
- Managing and mentoring a team providing guidance and coaching to ensure their success
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams including marketing, product management, and customer service, to drive sales
- Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
