Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to meet or exceed sales targets within the assigned region.
- Team Leadership: Manage a team of FL’s, ASM’s within the region. Provide guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure team success.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, prospects, and partners within the region. Identify customer needs and provide solutions to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth within the region. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
- Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Monitor sales performance metrics and analyze data to track progress towards sales targets. Prepare regular reports and forecasts for management review.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop long-term sales strategies and initiatives. Provide input on product development, pricing strategies, and marketing campaigns.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the Regional Sales budget, including expenses related to sales activities, travel, and promotional events.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with other departments such as marketing, operations, and finance to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to sales activities and customer interactions.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably within the same industry or related field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in sales forecasting and data analysis, Ability to travel within the region as needed.
