Role Summary: The primary function of the role is to generate and manage sales from the India region in alignment with business objectives. Develop India specific competitive products on holiday packages and visa thereby improving brand visibility and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities :
Primary:
- Elevate the sales of our product - visa and holiday packages in the Indian market.
- Set profitable sales goals and achieve the monthly target with the support of the team members.
- Ensure lead utilization is monitored and bring lost lead percentage to a minimum.
- Work with the Marketing team to guarantee quality leads are available on time for the sales team.
- Conduct regular market research and suggest products of competitive advantage appropriate for the demands of the Indian market.
- Liaise with the product team for attractive new products on holiday packages, visa and activities to cater to different categories of customers
- Drive the sales team to achieve the sales targets and ensure maximum lead conversion
Mandatory Experience in Holiday Package Sales and Team Handling
