4. Managing candidate communication and providing timely updates throughout the recruitment process.
5. Supporting consultants in writing compelling job descriptions and advertisements.
6. Conducting reference checks and background verifications to ensure candidate credibility.
7. Assisting in the maintenance and organization of our candidate database.
