Job Title: Recruitment Specialist
Location: Kinfra Techno Industrial Park, Kozhikode, Near Calicut University.
We're on the lookout for an exceptional individual to support our new HR vertical. This role is an opportunity to shape and build this division and have a substantial impact on our stakeholders' growth. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies, building strong client relationships, and managing end-to-end talent acquisition processes on a global scale.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy for the assigned vertical.
- Collaborate with leadership to align recruitment efforts with overall business goals.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and talent acquisition best practices.
Client & Candidate Engagement:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with global clients and candidates.
- Understand clients' business objectives and talent needs.
- Provide strategic talent advisory services to support client success.
End-to-End Recruitment:
- Execute the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build a candidate database with relevant experience and expertise.
- Utilize innovative sourcing methods to identify and attract top talent globally.
- Maintain a high level of candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Market Intelligence:
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify emerging talent trends and competitive landscapes.
- Utilize market intelligence to advise clients on talent acquisition strategies and industry benchmarks.
Qualifications & Skillset*:
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 years of proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant with a focus on global talent acquisition.
- Experience in recruiting C Suite candidates is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in analyzing candidates, information, and situations.
- In-depth knowledge of industry best practices, global recruitment trends, and talent acquisition strategies.
- Results-driven mindset with a commitment to meeting and exceeding targets.
