Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome patients with a friendly demeanor.
Efficiently manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department.
Schedule and confirm appointments using our advanced scheduling system.
Provide information to patients and visitors about our services.
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
Qualifications & Work Experience:
Graduate
1+ years of experience in the relevant field/Office administration activities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude.
Proficient in basic computer skills.
Previous experience in a healthcare setting is a plus.
