Job Description:

TONI&GUY, a renowned premium salon, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Salon Manager to oversee the operations of our establishments in Thodupuzha, Muvattupuzha, and Thiruvalla. As a Salon Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing the salon staff, and maintaining the high standards associated with the TONI&GUY brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive salon experience for clients.
• Manage and lead a team of salon staff, including hairstylists, estheticians, and support staff.
• Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and cleanliness.
• Implement and maintain TONI&GUY brand standards and service protocols.
• Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Monitor and achieve sales targets, promoting salon products and services.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the salon.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well-groomed and professional appearance.
• Proven leadership and managerial experience.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
