Receptionist

Job Description:

· Registration and billing of IPD & OPD patients.

· Greeting Patients and visitors , providing direction, and answering inquiries

· Scheduling and confirming patients appointments

· Collecting patient information , including insurance information

· Maintains and keeps patient information confidential

· Tack Patient feedback

· Collect and Record Cash / Online Payments

· Monitoring the reception area to ensure a clean and organized environment for patients and visitors

· Managing patient flow to ensure timely appointments and services

· Billing of Lab and Imagine services.

· Co ordinate with Ward nursing staff about admission and bed availability for patients.

· Answering phone calls

· Take Google Review

· Clerical work.

• Keeps immediate supervisor well-informed of activities, results of efforts and problems identified/potential problems; recommends corrective actions to immediate supervisor.

· Assists in other duties as needed as directed.

• Effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

· Talk to the patients regarding hospital related queries.

· Any other work assigned.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
