- Negotiation : Assist clients in negotiations to get the best possible deal.
- Paperwork : Handle the necessary paperwork for Real Estate transactions.
- Networking : Build relationships with other Real Estate professionals and potential clients.
Requirements:
- Communication Skills : Strong communication skills to understand and convey property details to clients.
- Sales Skills : Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
