Real Estate Agent- Noida

Invest Realty seeks a talented Real Estate associate familiar with the Noida property market. The selected agent will leverage our brokerage’s market visibility and extensive buyer network to drive residential and commercial property sales in Noida and adjoining regions.

Responsibilities:

• Originate leads and listings for properties in Noida, Greater Noida and Yamuna Expressway
• Interface with prospective buyers to showcase available properties matching location preferences, budget constraints etc.
• Manage site visits and accompany clients on showings to listed properties using own transportation
• Drive negotiations around pricing, terms and conditions between buyer and sellers

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in Real Estate sales or related field
• Registered as a Sales Person with UP Real Estate Regulatory Authority
• Familiarity with property sites across Noida, Greater Noida area
• Strong communication and client management skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a sales team
• Must have own vehicle for ease of travel across the region for showings
