React Js Developer

As a React JS Developer at Tier5, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining high-quality web applications. Your primary responsibility will be to develop user interfaces that provide a seamless and engaging user experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, design robust solutions, and implement features that meet the needs of our clients and users.

• Develop and maintain web applications using React JS.
• Collaborate with the design and product teams to translate wireframes and UI/UX designs into functional components.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code that adheres to industry best practices and coding standards.
• Optimize applications for maximum performance and responsiveness.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise and implement effective solutions.
• Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate front-end components with server-side logic.
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and technologies to continuously improve your skills and contribute to the team's growth.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a React JS Developer.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, ES6, and modern front-end technologies.
• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or Mobx.
• Solid understanding of web fundamentals, including HTML, CSS, and responsive web design.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating with back-end services.
• Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• A portfolio or examples of previous work will be highly regarded.

• Experience with TypeScript.
