Mode of Work: Remote
We are seeking a talented React JS Developer to join our team. As a React JS Developer, you will be responsible for building highly scalable web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js). You will play a key role in developing reusable code and libraries, optimizing application performance, and ensuring adherence to best practices in React and Redux application architecture. If you are passionate about creating cutting-edge web applications and have a strong foundation in JavaScript, React, Redux, and Node.js, we would love to hear from you.

• Build highly scalable web applications using the MERN stack.
• Develop reusable code and libraries for future use.
• Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability.
• Follow best practices for React, Redux application architecture, and code quality.
• Work on continuous integration and deployment processes.
• Debug problems and optimize application performance.
• Support existing applications and suggest improvements.

What is Uplers' role in this arrangement

• Uplers is the on-the-ground partner managing services like talent sourcing, employment contracts, payroll, and compliance while Techmatters manages all work-related decisions, performance and operations.
• Uplers / Talent Agreement: Full-time 6 months Project Based Employment with possible extension.
  

Salary Discussion:

• The final offer will get released based on your overall experience, Interview Performance and current CTC
• Standard in the market - 30% to 40% Hike on the current CTC; however, you can always discuss the release offer with the client.
  

This Role Requires:

• 4+ years of experience as a React JS Developer
• Proficient Knowledge of JavaScript, React, Redux and Node.js
• Good understanding of TypeScript
