We are seeking a skilled and experienced Radar VTL CNC Operator to join our team. As a Radar VTL CNC Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our state-of-the-art CNC machines to produce high-quality radar components. Your role will involve closely following blueprints, instructions, and specifications to ensure accurate production.

Responsibilities:

- Set up and operate the Radar VTL CNC machines to produce radar components according to specifications.

- Review blueprints, instructions, and specifications to determine the sequence of operations and dimensions of finished products.

- Load and unload materials into the machine and ensure proper alignment.

- Monitor the machine's performance, make necessary adjustments, and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the production process.

- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy, making sure they meet all required specifications.

- Perform routine maintenance on the CNC machines, such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing tools and machine parts as needed.

- Collaborate with engineers, programmers, and other team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.

- Adhere to all safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area.

- Keep detailed records of production activities, such as machine settings, tool changes, and maintenance performed.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating VTL CNC machines, preferably in a radar component manufacturing environment.

- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical blueprints, instructions, and specifications.

- Strong knowledge of CNC machine operation and programming.

- Ability to set up and adjust CNC machines to achieve precise measurements and specifications.

- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues that may arise during the production process.

- Familiarity with Fanuc or Siemens control systems is a plus.

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.

- Adherence to safety guidelines and protocols.

- Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
