Summary: As a Quality Engineering Architect (Test Arch), you will be responsible for designing and developing complex Quality Engineering strategies, architecting quality approaches and improvements across multiple groups/teams, defining testing scope for complex projects, and participating in product design reviews to ensure system testability and overall quality. Your typical day will involve developing and implementing performance testing strategies, utilizing your expertise in testing tools and frameworks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Develop and implement performance testing strategies for complex projects, utilizing your expertise in testing tools and frameworks such as Microsoft Load Test. - Architect quality approaches and improvements across multiple groups/teams, ensuring that testing scope is defined and product design reviews are conducted to ensure system testability and overall quality. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions, utilizing your expertise in developing effective automation solutions. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in performance testing and Quality Engineering, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Expertise in Performance Testing Strategy. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Load Test. - Strong understanding of testing tools and frameworks. - Expertise in developing effective automation solutions. - Solid grasp of Quality Engineering strategies and approaches. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Performance Testing Strategy. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in software engineering, computer science, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful Quality Engineering solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.15 years of full education
