We are looking for a Quality coordinator who will be responsible for Global Customer Quality for specific Compressors & Compressor Drives,Coordinate customer claims on day-to-day basis through Danfoss internal claim handling system (SAP).This position will also be responsible to Deploy and respect Danfoss Quality Management System across functions, Involve and extend necessary support to Local Inspection Center operations and administration activities.
Job Responsibilities
- Monitor and process customer claims for the products responsible.
- Manage and track Global Customer Claims with 8D approach, including by having periodic claim reviews with corresponding supplier plants.
- Perform Tear Down Analyss (TDA) and find failure root cause (s) using recommended quality tools
- Ensure complete problem solving for each claim, provide customer solution through prompt data collection involving respective stakeholders and deploy Lessons Learnt Cards (LLC).
- Communicate corresponding Production Plants (internal / external) for Stop production / block deliveries / sorting activities when necessary.
- Generate periodic reports and perform QPR sessions with stakeholders involved.
- Deploy QIP (Quality Improvement Plans) and ensure continual improvement across functions
Background & Skills
- Graduate in Mechanical Engineering with 5+ years in production and quality environment
- Experienced with ISO/TS16949 quality tools
- Adequate exposure on compressors & industrial refrigeration applications
- Should be familiar with SAP & Power BI is an added advantage
