AddressRESPONSIBILITIES
- First Article, In-Process, and Final Inspection of complex Parts and Assemblies.
- Mechanical inspection using Height gage, Digital Calipers, Micrometers, typical shop gaging.
- Ability to read blue prints and machine shop drawings.
- Must be able to understand and interpret GD&T.
- Developing and improving best practices for inspection and QUALITY CONTROL.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure we are producing quality machined parts.
- Exhibit strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of the final inspection process.
- Ability to meet customer expectations and requirements.
- Technical writing capabilities (NCR and CAR).
- Must be able to communicate with all levels of management.
- Familiar with ISO 9001 Quality Systems procedural applications.
- Maintain a clean and well-organized inspection work area.
- Must be detail oriented and a team player.
- Lift material up to 40lb.
- Other duties as assigned by management
