Position:Quality Control (QC) Engineer

Overview: We are currently seeking a dedicated QC Engineer to join our team. As a QC Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring Quality Control and compliance with established standards and specifications. With a qualification in B.E (Mechanical) and 3-6 years of experience, you will play a vital role in maintaining high-quality standards across our projects and processes.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize your expertise in MS-Office to document and analyze Quality Control data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Conduct inspections and tests to verify compliance with project specifications, codes, and industry standards.
- Develop and implement Quality Control procedures, ensuring adherence throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to identify quality requirements and develop Quality Control plans.
- Conduct audits and reviews to assess compliance with Quality Control procedures and identify areas for improvement.
- Review and approve quality-related documentation, including inspection reports, test plans, and quality records.
- Monitor project activities to identify and resolve any quality issues or deviations from established standards.
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure adherence to Quality Control requirements.
- Provide guidance and support to project teams regarding Quality Control procedures and best practices.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date Quality Control records, reports, and documentation.
- Participate in project meetings and communicate quality-related information to stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and advancements in Quality Control practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.E).
- 3-6 years of experience in Quality Control engineering or a related role.
- Proficiency in MS-Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong understanding of Quality Control principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Familiarity with industry standards and codes related to mechanical engineering.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with project teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to conduct inspections, tests, and audits, and interpret Quality Control data.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving quality issues.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and tools for Quality Control.
- Adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
