About the Role
Guiding a team and developing of new SOPs
Evaluation of product and suggesting modification if any.
Devising, improving, and reviewing new specifications and procedures for products or processes, and training staff to use them.
Keeping accurate documentation and performing statistical analysis.
Recruitment and training of Staff in the QC department.
Managing the resources for QC activities.
Suggestions for Software and hardware development of products.
Software testing and validation.
Troubleshooting Quality Control etc.
Production of new reagent as per requirement.
Responsible for Q.A. activities
Decides actions to be taken for disposition, of non-conforming material product
Co-ordinates for ensuring timely corrective action
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences or another relevant field
5 years of experience in Quality Control in the pharmaceutical industry
Knowledge and experience with cGMP, GLP, and FDA regulations and guidelines
Experience with analytical techniques and instrumentation such as HPLC, GC, and UV
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with keen attention to detail
Effective communication and leadership skills to manage and develop a team
