Quality Control Engineer (Electronics)

To help support our growth and expansion we are looking for talented Quality Control Engineer (Electronics). Candidates must have electronic product experience to identify and resolve issues affecting product configuration; accept product electronic product-process and approve for next assigned operation and ability to effectively operate and interpret basic electronic measuring devices.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for ensuring a product meets the established standards of quality including reliability, usability, and performance.
• Should be able to offer technical guidance and support in quality testing and analysis.
• Should have knowledge about EMI/EMC test and corrective action need to be taken for related problem – analysis of defected materials, driving root cause analysis and corrective actions taken to resolve quality issues, field failures for various components and create a detailed report based on analysis
• Verify all modules 100% as per Test format and note down in the observation template and Intimate to HOD & stakeholders.
• Preparation of various work instructions & Test formats.
• Document internal audits and other quality assurance activities
• Analyse data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system.
• Responsible for Quality management systems
• Supervises the Quality Control functions – incoming, outgoing, Supplier quality and Customer quality, QMS, IATF documentation.
• Prepare and Review Quality Control Plans
• Review & Approve inspections reports, and the documentation issued by QC team
• Allocate Quality Control personnel to the various activities, work orders, etc. Effectively manages all tasks allocation.
• Ensures the correct equipment, test jigs calibration used for testing.
• Review & analysis of Defect Material Reports, driving root cause analysis and corrective actions taken to resolve quality issues, field failures for various components.
Maintain Zero Defect in Outgoing Quality and end product will be as robust and meet the highest quality standards possible.

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics
• Quality inspection, auditing, and testing experience
• Experience with the implementation of corrective action programs
• Product or industry-specific experience
• Strong knowledge in MS Office, QA applications, and databases
• Knowledge about PCB configuration & failures, troubleshooting
• Knowledge of tools, concepts, and methodologies of QA
• Learning capability & adopt new technologies.
• Quality inspection, auditing, and testing experience
• Experience with the implementation of corrective action programs
