What would you do? Candidates will be aligned to Youtube GVO Escalations team, where team receives a root cause analysis form from different vendors; As an Escalation Analyst candidates should go through the entire RCA and then provide Escalation Summary and detailed analysis to the requestor In Reporting and Analytics, you will have to prepare management reports and analysis, both recurring and ad-hoc. This includes focusing on tracking business performance through trusted data and insights while actively managing employee behaviors.
