Quality Assurance Officer

General Purpose & Objectives:

· Developing quality, hygiene, and food safety culture by building and maintaining an adaptive work culture

· Develop and implement processes as per QA guidelines by coaching & monitoring all the departments to implement systems of control.

· Develop and implement processes related to document control and management as per QA guidelines.

· Ensure Product quality by complying with quality, statutory norms, and customer’s requirements.

Major Tasks & Activities:

• Ensuring to comply all quality procedures, systems, standards, findings, hazards, and corrective actions systematically.
• Interpreting customer’s requirements / regulatory affairs by enhancing personal knowledge and building prospective of all stake holders for implementation.
• Handling Customer complaints through proper RCA, developing and implementing system to prevent its reoccurrence.
• Coaching, motivating, and developing team for conducting audits as per schedule to achieve better rating from previous year by ensuring closure of NC’s/ Observations of Internal & External Audits.
• Conducting Supplier’s audit as per plan, follow ups and provide support for Corrective actions implementation.
• Implementing world class standards by complying GMP, Hygiene and Food Safety standards in operations through QA guidelines as per FSSAI requirements.
• Ensuring to keep gold standards to check Product behavior / self-life study.
• Sensory evaluation, sensory panel screening, conducting blind test to evaluate performance,
• Checking and confirming that all raw material, intermediate products, and FG are confirming quality standards.

· Develop and implement processes related to document control and management as per QA guidelines. Documenting all quality procedures, systems, standards, findings, hazards, and corrective actions systematically

• Work with other departments for improving documentation system. Sustain smooth & Streamlining documentation by using software /MIS. Document Verifications and update as per scheduled. Preparations of audits and other activities regarding audits
• Ensuring end to end product traceability.

Ensure to Implement change initiatives and continuous improvement in own department and plant by implementing 5S, Kaizens, OPLs with innovative ideas

Ensuring compliance to all environment, health and safety goals and objective by developing safety culture in team and guidance to all stake holders

Technical Skill Areas :

· Knowledge of ISO 22000/FSSC 22000/BRC/Halal, FSSAI

Education & Working Experience：

Qualification

• Critical : B.Tech/BE/M.Sc
• Desirable : MSc /B.Sc

Experience

• 4-6 years’ experience with exposure of Documentation
• Computer knowledge for maintaining databases and making reports

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹316,768.07 - ₹600,000.00 per year
