QMS Consultant Trainee

QMS Consultant :

Job Description:

We are looking for a QMS Consultant responsible for assisting senior consultants in implementing and maintaining effective quality management systems for clients at India, middle east and north Africa countries in oil & Gas industries.

Experience: Fresher (Experience of 1or 2 year in QA/QC preferable)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist senior consultants in conducting assessments and audits of client organizations' existing quality management systems.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their quality requirements, objectives, and industry-specific regulations.
• Assist in the design and implementation of metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor quality performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support the creation and maintenance of quality documentation, including quality manuals, procedures, work instructions, and forms.
• Analyse existing processes, procedures, and documentation to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
• Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and advancements in quality management practices.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and progress to clients and senior consultants.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or electrical & Instrumentation Engineering.
• A relevant master's degree or certification in Quality Management Systems would be a plus.
• Awareness on quality management principles or total quality management system.
• Awareness on inspection and testing process methodology

Skill:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
• Flexibility to travel abroad for client sites as required.
