Job Description:
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented QC Inspector with expertise in soldering to join our quality control team. The QC Inspector will be responsible for inspecting soldered components and assemblies to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in soldering techniques and quality control processes, with a commitment to upholding the highest standards of product quality and reliability.
Responsibilities:
- Soldering Inspection:
- Perform visual inspections of soldered components, circuit boards, and electronic assemblies to verify compliance with soldering standards, specifications, and workmanship requirements.
- Use magnification tools, gauges, and measuring instruments to inspect solder joints, fillets, cleanliness, and component placement accuracy.
- Identify and document defects, such as solder bridges, cold joints, voids, and insufficient solder, and determine root causes and corrective actions.
- Quality Control Procedures:
- Follow established quality control procedures and work instructions to ensure consistency and accuracy in soldering inspection processes.
- Adhere to IPC-A-610 or other relevant industry standards for soldering workmanship and acceptability criteria.
- Testing and Analysis:
- Conduct electrical and functional tests on soldered assemblies using test equipment, such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and functional testers, to verify proper functionality and performance.
- Analyze test results and inspection findings to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Record inspection results, findings, and non-conformities accurately and thoroughly in inspection reports, databases, or quality management systems.
- Generate inspection reports and documentation for internal records and customer requirements, including certifications of conformance and compliance.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with production teams, supervisors, engineers, and quality assurance personnel to address quality issues, resolve discrepancies, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding inspection results, quality concerns, and recommendations for improvement.

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
