Minimum Qualification
B.TECH/B.E
1. Quality Planning: Develop and implement quality management plans and procedures. Collaborate with Quality Head and other stakeholders to define quality standards.
2. Inspection and Testing: Conduct inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.Utilize various testing methods and equipment to assess product quality.
3. Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of inspection and testing results.Prepare comprehensive reports on quality performance and non-conformance issues.
4. Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and work with relevant teams to implement corrective actions.Develop and update quality control procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
5. Compliance: Ensure that products adhere to relevant industry standards, regulations, and customer requirements.Stay informed about industry best practices and changes in quality standards.
6. Training: Provide training to employees on quality control procedures and standards.Promote a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement.
7. Root Cause Analysis: Investigate and analyse the root causes of defects or non-conformance issues.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
8. Communication: Effectively communicate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers regarding quality-related matters.Participate in meetings to discuss quality issues and improvement initiatives.
9. Risk Management: Identify potential risks to quality and work proactively to mitigate them.Develop and implement risk assessment strategies.
10. Audits: Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality management systems.Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory agencies when necessary.
12. Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as execution and engineering, to address quality concerns and drive overall process improvement.
13. Data Analysis: Utilize statistical tools and methods to analyse data related to quality metrics and process performance.
