- Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases based on product requirements
- Execute test cases and document test results
- Identify and report defects, and work closely with developers to ensure timely resolution of issues
- Perform regression testing to ensure that resolved issues do not resurface
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software
- Provide feedback to the development team on product quality issues and potential improvements
Requirements:
- 4-8 years of experience in manual software testing
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes
- Experience with bug tracking systems and test case management tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and latest QA trends
- Familiarity with test automation frameworks and tools is a plus
