Should be able to device E2E test strategy for Transformation program across tracks .
Assess the complexity and scope to provide effort estimates, plan QA activities and allocate tasks to team.
Manage the QA scope, task prioritization, negotiation, escalation, and customer communication.
Ability to drive program level initiatives and drive efficiency.
Should be able to lead QA Track leads, plan and support their / teams’ work .
Review the work consistently and involve in the Test Operations with all Delivery anchors
