Purchase Officer

• Responsible for capital equipment purchases, and being a single point of contact between the user and the vendor.
• To negotiate and generate the purchase orders
• To find better vendor for raw and packaging materials.
• Perform verification of good receipt and make sure PO requirements are met.
• To initiate cost saving projects
• Manage the inventory of all materials.
• Other tasks directed by management
• ERP experience is a plus

Requirements :

• Bachelors degree with minimum 3 years experience in purchase , store , procurement
• Strong knowledge in MS office , Zoho or relevant software's
• Experience in FMCG , snacks domain is added advantage
• Knowledge of market fluctuation and well advanced planning is key
• Must be a team player to work with all other departments closely.
