Responsibilities
• Generates and provides accurate reports and presentations• Compiles, codes, categorizes, audits, and verifies information• Assists Executive Chef in purchasing and budgeting• Maintains inventory controls and rotation• Coordinates with kitchen, restaurant management, and vendors• Checks invoices against shipments• Performs daily and period end food and beverage costs• Completes administrative tasks and inventory procedures• Ensures compliance with LSOP's• Receives and inspects deliveries• Maintains accurate controllable log
Requirements
• 4-year bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting or related major• Minimum of 2 years' experience in Purchasing or related field
