Job Description:

As a Public Relations Officer at Zaira Diamonds, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and improving our brand reputation. You will be responsible for developing and implementing PR strategies, managing communication with the media, and fostering customer relations. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of the luxury retail industry and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective PR strategies to enhance the brand's image.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with media representatives and influencers.
• Organize and manage events, product launches, and press conferences.
• Monitor media coverage and analyze the effectiveness of PR campaigns.
• Respond to inquiries from the public, media, and other organizations promptly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency in messaging.
• Proactively identify and address potential issues that may affect the company's reputation.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
• Evaluate the success of PR efforts through key performance indicators (KPIs).
