Promo Producer, Disney+ Hotstar

JOB SUMMARY

A Promo Producer with a proven track record in creating disruptive and interesting work and must be a keen team player and a self-sufficient multi-tasker, full of original approaches and innovative ideas.

ABOUT THE TEAM

This role is part of the Creative Marketing department at Disney+ Hotstar. We are not just a full-service in-house agency, but also the first port of call for Title Marketing and Brand Marketing projects for Disney+ Hotstar. We are highly awarded as a team with wins at Effies, Kyoorius, Promax and more.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Generate creative, innovative, and effective storytelling in short formats in a compelling manner (mainly trailers and promos)
• Understand and deliver communication objectives through the audio-visual medium
• Ensure promos/compilations are delivered as per set timelines

SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES FOR SUCCESS

• Capable of sticking to steep deadlines
• Resilient to work through big-picture changes
• Ardent content buff and clued in on social media trends
• Fierce attention to technical detail and a great sense of music and aesthetics
• Leadership skills to provide Creative Direction to the team

PREFERRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• 8+ years of experience specializing in Promos and video production from ideation to execution
• Strong communication skills in Hindi and English
• Good collaborative spirit to work seamlessly with various stakeholders
• Has vast knowledge and network of external production resources
