We seek talented Project Manager & project coordinator who can plan and oversee every project to ensure our clients get desired outcomes aligned to their business objectives. From executing to monitoring and controlling, perform every task with zeal while employing your leadership skills.
- Coordinate and manage multiple mobile app development projects scaled from small to medium-sized and/or large-scale projects.
- Coordinate and manage all the project management activities from project initiation to the end, following the System Development Life Cycle Process (SDLC) and Agile & Waterfall methodologies.
- Project planning, execution, monitoring/control, and closure of Mobile and Web application projects.
- Ensure the tasks assigned are efficiently completed with the highest quality, on time and within scope.
- Coordinating project schedules, resources, equipment, and information
- Maintain a formal project tracking process utilizing various tools and proactively communicate, manage, and resolve project issues and risks.
- Effectively monitor and present project updates and progress to relevant clients and/or project team members.
- Set project timeline and monitor project deliverables.
- Handling client communication, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Ensure that the projects are completed with the highest quality, and on time and within scope.
- Track project status with the development team.
- Mentor and support project team members with tasks you assign them.
- Align project objectives with company goals, and make sure the project team is clear on objectives.
- Work closely with the Project Manager(s) to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes, and budgets for projects.
- Manage risk tracking process.
- Monitor and manage project scope.
- Manage all project documentation.
- Work on multiple projects within the company's project portfolio simultaneously.
- Proven experience in managing a Mobile, Web & ERP Development team.
- Good experience in IT Project Management or sprint planning or Jira management from conception to delivery.
- Good experience in Agile/Scrum.
- 3+ years of programming experience in web or mobile apps development is preferable.
- IT project management experience: Web and Mobile apps projects (Minimum 3-6 months), or one to two large-scale IT Projects (Project Manager-2-4 years & project coordinator-6months-1.5 years).
- Experience in managing multiple clients and a global client base with strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall & SCRUM processes.
- Exposure to Agile methodologies to manage full SDLC of large & complex web and mobile application projects.
- Possess strong client management skills.
- Detail oriented.
- Good communications skills, with customers, team.
- Business & IT strategy experience.
- Customer-focused mindset
- Must have deep knowledge of App development flow
- Must have extensive experience in IT projects.
- Experience in managing change requests and prioritization in a fast-changing environment.
