You are responsible for

Will manage the E2E project management by closely working with PIE for development, PE for FCP and marketing to ensure timely Launch and project meets Cost Target

Gaining agreements on and achieving project goals and objectives,
balancing, and managing the project scope (including requirements),
schedule, budget, quality, resources, and risks.

Monitoring the business case during project execution with an outcome‐
oriented view focusing on the maximization of the project benefits and
business impact.

Building partnerships with the project’s stakeholders (both internal and
external), leverage them to achieve organizational goals, and able to
influence their opinions and negotiate effective solutions.

Monitoring project activities, appropriately balancing risk taking and
issue escalation and setting up detailed progress / escalation report (including suggested corrective actions) for the project steering team

Ensures Philips standards (Process/Systems/Way‐of‐Working) are adopted as outlined in Philips Business System (PBS) and in the local.

Management System based on Philips Excellence Process Framework (PEPF)

Schedule variance against first agreed/latest project baseline.

Cost variance against first agreed/latest

Initiates, plans and executes projects in multi‐discipline areas in accordance with agreed conditions on specification, time, cost. and staffing.

Responds to and anticipates stakeholder and customer needs in a timely, professional, helpful, and courteous manner.

In collaboration with project stakeholders identifies project risks (opportunities and threats) and issues, identifies mitigation actions and engages in considerate
risk‐taking behavior, taking into consideration the balance between risk taking and risk escalations.

Reuses historical data and project knowledge to solve issues and set up project management documents and builds on corporate knowledge by sharing information.

Responsible to deliver defined project solutions that improve existing and new business processes and products and impact the short‐term goals of the organization.

Responsible for project goals and objectives, key process decisions and alignment with project stakeholders related to medium project.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following

12+ years of similar experience in factory setup.

preferably should be from an Engineering background.
