Let’s talk about the Team
ResMed is setting up a Centre of Excellence (CoE) in Bangalore. This person would be an integral part of the CoE team and is expected to work in close tandem with the team members of the Implementation team of MatrixCare in USA. This individual must be a self-starter and should be passionate about wanting to play a key role in ensuring the success of our customers. .
Let’s talk about Responsibilities
- Project Planning and Coordination- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to create detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Develop Relationships with the Project Managers and Sr. Project Managers providing administrative support.
- Monitor and track project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and identifying potential risks or issues.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration- Work closely with internal teams, to ensure alignment and timely resolution of project-related issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, meeting notes, and client communications.
- Monitor and communicate project status with the stakeholders.
- Measure and report on project performance.
Let’s talk about Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Healthcare, or project management related fields
- 1 - 2 years software project management/implementation experience in a client-facing environment
- All candidates should demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced, self-directed environment while working closely with multiple business units, project teams, and 3rd party vendors
- Experience with software in a SaaS environment
- Experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM is desirable
- Strong prioritization and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
