· Identify and obtain the necessary licenses, permits, and registrations required for manufacturing, distributing, and selling agricultural input and services in coordination with the respective agency and department.
· Responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of licensing and regulatory compliance related to the production and distribution of agricultural inputs and services.
· Ensure the company's operations and franchisees/Centers adhere to all relevant laws and regulations.
· Coordinate and liaison with government officials, universities, research organizations, private sector organizations, and FPO's.
· Maintain records of all documents, correspondence, and assets related to the project.
· Serve as the primary point of contact for communication with regulatory agencies, responding to inquiries, and providing requested information.
· Manage the registration process for all agricultural chemical products, ensuring timely submissions to regulatory agencies.
· Act as a point of contact for clients, as required.
· Conduct training, meetings, workshops, and other project activities.
· Developing and supervising the operations of new franchisees/Center
· Develop and monitor franchise administration SOPs, procedures, mechanisms, and manuals to manage compliance with franchise agreements.
· To ensure all steps of the SOP are followed as per the timeline
· Maintain tracking mechanisms to help licensees adhere to franchise agreement requirements and identify trends.
· Coordinating with other staff members in the company to ensure that all operations are running smoothly
Assist in the participation in any local program, such as the Kisan Mela and exhibition
