Course Specialization: B.E /B.Tech/Diploma (Not particular about specialization, high aptitude and interest is the key)

Desired Experience: Burning desire to come back to industry and work. Good positive attitude, puzzle solving mindset, enthusiasm and aptitude for software engineering and hands on experience in

• Nodejs, angular, MEAN framework
• we are also ok to get good developers with sound fundamentals in javascript (along with knowledge in HTML5 and CSS also).

Nodejs (Optional…we can train them in house)

Angularjs (Optional…we can train them in house)

MEAN framework. (Optional…we can train them in house)

Experience level of 4+ years

Roles & Responsibilities: (As its a startup, there is no limit or defined boxes for roles and responsibility. Sky is the limit. As an engineer, below roles will be predominantly what will be undertaken though)

• Burning desire to come back to industry and work.
• Work hands on in translating requirements/design into working code quickly.
• Work closely with the team to connect dots and understand the bigger picture and ability to think like an end user and test the product like an end user.
• As this would be product development, understanding Product lifecycle and the larger goal of the product is a must instead of just concentrating on the development piece.
• Participate and contribute in understanding requirement and designing the system would be a great add on.

Skill Set Required:

• Positive attitude and ability to quickly learn/unlearn to solve problems. 
• Look out for folks who love solving puzzles and love to take challenges to solve puzzles. Usually people who love solving puzzles have a good analytical mindset.
• Software engineering skills in frontend technologies like Angular, Bootstrap, express, node
• Solid analytical, technical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate efficiently and effectively with internal product development team.
