AddressA dedicated and highly motivated Program Manager with around 8-10 years of experience of overseeing and managing multiple development teams, and a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
We are seeking an experienced and skilled candidate with passion for delivering complex projects on time and within budget keeping reusability and automation in mind. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of technical acumen, strategic thinking, impeccable communication, and a talent for fostering collaboration across diverse teams, ensuring the seamless execution of complex projects.
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple products, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Having an eye for team effectiveness and utilization
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, goals, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Develop comprehensive release delivery plans, including schedules, resource utilization, and risk management strategies.
- Coordinate and facilitate cross-functional teams, providing guidance and support to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Conduct regular status meetings and provide timely updates to stakeholders, addressing concerns and seeking feedback as needed.
- Manage changes to delivery scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring proper documentation and communication of impact.
- Identifying areas improvement in COGs
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and methodologies.
- Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and teamwork within the project team, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensure compliance and maintain robust security measures for the products.
- 8-10 years of experience in delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, or similar software
- Experience in development, testing or in leading multiple scrum teams preferred
