This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Supervisor located in Baddi. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily production schedules, planning and managing production, communicating with all levels of staff, and ensuring quality control measures are consistently met. The Production Supervisor will also be required to adhere to production timelines and processes while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

• Supervisory Skills, Communication, and Production Management
• Experience in Production Schedules and Production Planning
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred
• Degree in Chemical Engineering, Production, or a related field
