Quality:
Treat the factory as your own kitchen.
Production Execution :
- Identify packaging material requirements based on production plans and inventory levels.
- Maintain a Daily Task list and follow all the packaging and production SOP's.
Supply Chain:
- Plan and execute all shipments and deliveries carried on a daily basis.
- Coordinate with all the transport vendors and keep a track.
- Maintain a good resourceful network of the transporters for different kind of requirements.
Supervision and Labour Management:
- Supervise all the activities on the factory floor.
- Maintain quality and hygiene at all points with correct standards as followed by the company.
- Maintain an optimal level of production with respect to the strength of the team.
- Recruit new individuals as per the requirement.
- Train the staff in all the SOP's of Production Processing and Packaging.
Control the inventory levels in warehouse:
- Monitor accurate inventory at the warehouse.
- Set inventory thresholds: Determine the minimum and maximum inventory levels for each product.
- Develop and implement inventory control strategies and procedures to ensure accurate and efficient inventory management at the warehouse.
- Perform accurate and thorough weekly inventory counts to maintain stock accuracy.
- Record and analyze inventory data to identify discrepancies and implement corrective measures.
Vendor Management :
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors, ensuring effective communication and resolution of any issues.
- Source and procure packaging materials from approved vendors, ensuring competitive pricing and quality standards. Maintain relationships with packaging material suppliers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline procurement processes and improve overall supply chain efficiency.
Manage Shipments for PAN India warehouses as well as manage all shipment-related work :
- Generate shipping labels and manage the shipment process for Fulfilled by Amazon (FBA) and Shiprocket warehouses.
- Monitor shipment status, track packages, and resolve any shipment-related issues or delays.
- Coordinate with the logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of packaging materials.

The Millet Company sells super-grains, rediscovers traditional farming techniques, and brings a variety of naturally organic millets to your plate. It's a startup expanding into Millet products and its businesses, run by a small team working with different vendors, agents, and clients and now looking to expand the team.
Note:
The period will be 6 months of probation with 1 month of training until conversion into full-time. We will have a small personality test, as we consider this teammate to be a long-term collaborator for the future.
