Job Description:
- Welcomes customers by greeting them and offering them assistance
- Advises customers by providing information on products, prices, details etc.
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and assist customers in making informed purchase decisions.
- Maintain a high standard of visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive sales and foster brand loyalty.
- Processes payments by totalling purchases; processing checks, cash, and store or other credit cards
- Proper Maintenance of the Stock Taking registers
- Follow-up calls as a part of after-sales service.
- Participate in sales events, promotions, and product launches.
- Other duties as advised by the store sales team.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
